Elizabeth is a speaker, consultant, and trainer with over 20 years of leadership experience in cross-cultural project management, strategy, operations, and training design, including 16 years specializing in anti-trafficking. She has led projects both domestically and internationally, developed state and national training conferences, created unique training resources, and trained over 6,500 individuals.

She has served on two human trafficking task forces and appeared on three nationally televised programs addressing trafficking and criminal enterprises. After holding senior public-sector leadership roles, Elizabeth founded FYN Global, a small business that helps mission-driven teams and organizations build sustainability.

Currently, she provides strategic coaching, consulting, and technical assistance to government and non-government entities worldwide. Her focus areas include multidisciplinary collaboration, leadership and organizational development, strategic planning, team building, and program impact.

Elizabeth also serves on the board of Project Suma, a Bolivian organization supporting families affected by sexual exploitation, and is a proud member of the GLC, a global network spanning 42 countries committed to strengthening anti-trafficking responses.

She is a respected leader known for empowering teams, creating effective solutions, and delivering sustainable outcomes. Across the U.S., she is recognized as a dynamic trainer, expert organizer, and a strong ally to survivors of trafficking and sexual violence.
